Health Port customers can now pay their invoices online through the Health Port Pay designated webpage. After arriving at the page customers will see that those pesky bills can be paid in just three easy steps. The first step customers will need to take is to find the actual invoice. In order to find the invoice customers will need to enter their invoice number into the field provided on the Health Port Pay page. After the invoice number is entered customers will need to enter the amount of the invoice and then click the Next button to continue forward to step two of this easy process. In step two customers will be asked to review their invoices before making the final payment. Once the invoice has been thoroughly reviewed customers will need to move further along to step three. In step three customers will pay the invoice off once and for all. Health Port Pay accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and by bank account.
Customers that are already registered members can login to pay their bills. In order to login members will need to enter their Username and password in the appropriate fields found towards the bottom of the Health Port Pay page. After entering the Username and password members will need to click the Login button to complete the process. Forgetful members that cannot remember their passwords will be able to recover their password by staying calm and clicking the Forgot Password link. After clicking the Forgot Password link members will be directed to a page where they will need to enter their Username and then click the Submit button in order to answer the security questions and complete the password reset process. Members having problems resetting their passwords can place a phone call to the Help Desk at 877-358-6939 for further assistance.
